Product Overview
The Precast Street Light Foundation is a “plug-and-play” structural footing designed to expedite the installation of street lighting columns in residential communities and arterial roads. By integrating the anchor bolt cage and cable ducts into a factory-cast block, we eliminate the complex logistics of on-site casting (excavation, shuttering, steel fixing, pouring, and curing).
This solution is particularly effective for large-scale developments where speed of installation and consistency of finish are paramount.

- Concrete: C40/50 Sulfate Resisting Cement (SRC) for subsurface durability.
- Anchor Bolts: Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) Grade 8.8 bolts, strictly positioned using CNC-machined templates.
- Reinforcement: High-yield steel cage designed to resist overturning moments and wind shear.
- Bitumen Coating: Optional external bitumen painting for enhanced waterproofing below grade.
